New Year Legislation and Form Updates 2025
This webinar is designed to help the participant to better understand IRS Form updates for 2025 necessary to stay in compliance with the IRS. Did you know that penalties for information returns have been updated and can cost your company money if W-2’s and the ACA forms are still required? Or that the IRS has implemented requirement that employers report the Sick and Family leave wages paid to employees and taken as a credit now on the Form 941X instead of the Form 941.
