In today’s fast-paced corporate world, the mental well-being of employees is of paramount importance. Psychological First Aid (PFA) for Corporates is a 90-minute interactive and informative course designed to equip corporate professionals, managers, and HR personnel with the essential skills and knowledge needed to provide immediate support to colleagues and team members during times of psychological distress or crisis.
This 90-minute course will be delivered through a combination of interactive presentations, case studies, role-playing exercises, and group discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their PFA skills in a safe and controlled environment.
This course is designed for corporate professionals, managers, HR personnel, and anyone in the workplace who wishes to enhance their ability to provide psychological first aid to colleagues and foster a supportive and mentally healthy work environment.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be better prepared to respond to psychological distress, crisis situations, and create a corporate culture that prioritizes mental health and well-being.
Note: While this course equips participants with valuable skills in psychological first aid, it does not substitute for professional mental health services. It is important to know when to seek additional help from mental health professionals for more complex or severe issues.
